Process Overview:

>> Download voice files to the FTP site.
>> Allocate the voice files to the MTs and same are then transcribed and converted in text files in the word processing software of your choice.
>> Levels of proofreading and edited by QAs is done and is made ready for printing on storage in an electronic medical record.

Voice file is maintained on our servers for 3 months, text is backed up and stored for at least 1 year.

Security Concerns:

Proper security measures are taken to transfer the data. The data is not only protected by passwords.
>> All the persons involved in conducting and proofreading transcriptions are educated to keep confidentiality
>> If instructed to keep the records, we will maintain and archive your records.
>> No records are accessible and cannot be taken out from computers as the requisite devices are either disabled or password protected or are not there.
